Getting Your Missouri Arrest Records
Are you planning on applying for a better job? Maybe you'd like a job where you need to be bonded, or you want to buy a new firearm? If so, it's probably a good idea to obtain a copy of your Missouri criminal record to make sure that everything is in order. This can give you the chance to make corrections that could otherwise cause some major problems in your life. You also may be able to expunge certain records. To access this information, you'll need to contact the Criminal Justice and Information Services (CJIS) of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. You may also use an authorized record search and retrieval service. Here is more information to aid you in your search.

What is a Criminal Record Report?

If you have ever been to court, chances are there is a record of this in the system. This record may include issues like past or current arrests. It may also show any charges that were eventually cleared or guilty or innocent verdicts. Some records may show misdemeanor and felony incidents.
